How to Get Started:

Register for Parkway Loyalty with the same email associated with your ParkWhiz account. It's that easy. As you make transactions on ParkWhiz, either in-advance via the ParkWhiz app or website or on-site via the PAY HERE Scan to Pay signage, your purchases will be counted towards the Parkway Loyalty program.

Only purchases made at Parkway locations on ParkWhiz count. User must be registered for the Parkway Loyalty program with the same email address associated with the ParkWhiz account where the purchase is made to qualify for rewards.

How to Set Up Your ParkWhiz Account:

To create a ParkWhiz account click here - just remember to use the same email address that is registered for the Parkway Loyalty Program

If you have a ParkWhiz account, but are having trouble logging in, click here and then “Forgot Password,” then enter the email address associated with your ParkWhiz account. You’ll receive an email with a link and instructions to enable your account.

How to Park:

Book with the ParkWhiz app at select Parkway locations to accrue Parkway Loyalty Rewards. Make sure to use the same email address associated with Parkway Loyalty and ParkWhiz at checkout to collect qualifying parks.

In-Advance: Booking is very easy! Search the address or place you need to find parking near. Select the date and time frame you plan to park and find parking. Parking locations and prices will be displayed as pins on the map. Select the pin for the place you want to park (make sure to read the “Know Before You Go” section and double check Amenities.) Once you have confirmed this is where you want to park, select the option to book and enter your payment information.

On-Site: Enter the parking lot, park in an open space, and look for a sign that says Pay Here. Signs may be posted on poles, fences, bollards, on wind signs, as sidecars or elsewhere depending on the lot layout. Scan App Clip or QR code on sign and select a designated parking duration. Enter in your license plate. This is how you prove you that you prepaid for parking. Once you've selected the duration, enter in your preferred payment method.
