Tried to book parking. I had to extend the time by one hour due to an event they offered before the game I was going to. All the app did was give a loading circle. It never moved forward. When it did finally move forward, it showed me the time I wanted. I booked the time frame, and it reverted back to the original one. Customer service was zero help and a waste of time. Do not recommend it. If I could give zero stars, I would.

First time using this app. Going to a concert with a friend who was super worried about parking. I tried one other app before this. It was confusing and too much to click to get where I needed. Immediately upon entering this app i selected events went to the next day with the event i was attending, it popped up all the parking locations, clicked book and reserve, paid and it was done. Took all of 15 seconds. Great app!!!

Deceptive and predatory company. They charge hidden fees on parking while providing no value. The fee does not show up until after you have parked then scan the QR code. More steps to pay than a paper ticket and credit card and more fees. Paywhiz responded with a very boiler plate response but doesn't explain how this is better experience than a ticket kiosk that doesn't charge a fee to the customer.
